Should you or your relative/representative decide to take up our services, we endeavour to match a carer to suit the client with their needs and requirements where possible.
All of our clients will be visited on a one to one basis with a qualified Risk and Review Manager, where family members are welcome to provide any other valuable information to ensure that the care you receive is right for you.

Here we will undertake a full risk assessment of the property and complete an assessment of the client’s abilities to ensure that both the client and property are safe and user friendly for both the client and carer.

A fully tailored and continually flexible Care Plan will then be completed to accommodate all the individual requirements of the client. This can be changed or updated at any time. We also undertake follow up reviews to ensure client and carer are working well together, and to review the care plan accordingly. Care can be required for a variety of reasons from short-term respite, recuperation, companionship care or convalescence to higher dependency needs.
