You will have a free consultation in your home. You will be able to tell us about your needs and ask any questions.

What comes next after the initial first visit?
Once you have decided you would like to join us, we will discuss your care plan, tailored to your specific needs and making sure we have taken on board everything you have requested. We can discuss in further detail call times, pricing and any additional information.

When my care begins, will I always get the same carer?
We will endeavour to keep the same carer as we feel you will benefit from this - a regular carer will notice any changes in your health and well being. However, there may be times when your designated carer is on holiday, in which case we will make sure another carer, who has already met you and attended your care, covers your needs.

Will I be forgotten once I have signed up with your company?
No, absolutely not. Once you have signed a contract with us you will be visited within the first two weeks, this is to make sure you are happy with the care plan discussed and the care being provided. You will be contacted and visited every three months for further reviews.

Can I adjust my care at any time?
Of course - notice of any proposed changes always allows us to maintain your tailored careplan whilst aiming to keep continuity of the Client / Carer relationship. A minimum of 24 hours notice ideally enables us to cater for these changes however we understand that this is not always possible.

Can I contact you in an emergency, at any time?
Yes, someone is always available – night and day, every day of the year.

What happens if I am not happy with my care/carer?
Occasionally this can happen.If it does, we will discuss the issues and rectify the situation as soon as possible.

How do I know that the promises you have made will be kept?
We don’t believe in making promised we can’t keep. Furthermore, we are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection, Hampshire Domiciliary Association and the United Kingdom Home Care Association. We are bound by the rules set down by these Organisations.

Can I cancel my care on certain days, if necessary, without being penalised?
A charge is payable if less than 24 hours notice is given. However, we are aware this is not always possible, so the individual situation will be taken into consideration.

At what stage am I committed to Infinity Care?
Once you are happy with your tailored care plan and assessment, you will be asked to sign a contract. At no time before the contract signing are you committed.
