Infinity Care is led by a very experienced individual in the health care industry in Mrs Monique Robson, who has progressed over many years of service within a variety of health care organisations. Gaining much acclaimed reputation, skills and management experience in the local health care business community, she has also worked in local Housing Association, a number of Social Service and hospital/surgery administration departments and pharmacy dispensaries, giving her diverse experience in a number of customer-focused roles.

During her tenure as a carer, she has advanced through the positions of carer, care assessor, care coordinator, risk & review care manager and deputy operations manager, to the present day where she is running her own care agency. Within her care, administration and customer service upbringing, she has received the training and experiences to understand the full needs of Service Users which included travelling the length and breadth of the country placing ‘live-in’ carers.

It is her great rapport with people of all ages, race, gender and genuine caring ability that makes her stand head and shoulders above all others in the business.
Her natural awareness to peoples needs, being able to turn any situation into a positive outcome to benefit the Service Users in the most effective and considerate manner has earned her the reputation that she has today. All our staff undergo a statutory Criminal Record Bureau check and have to supply adequate references. We also promote the development of their 'careers' in caring by studying the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's) at both entry and advanced levels in health and social care.
